Lindey and Parley on Separation Agreements and Antenuptial Contracts, 2d, Chapter 41

Chapter 41 of Lindey and Parley (Release 77, July 2011) has been completely revised to include discussion on nondischargeable debt, most notably in Section 41.41. Significant revisions made to the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 ("BAPCPA") are examined.  Amendments to 11 U.S.C. Section 523 provide that a discharge in bankruptcy did not discharge an individual debtor from debt. These revisions are intended to simplify the process of determination as to whether a debt obligation in relation to matrimonial dissolution of child support is nondischargable.
